The RAT is a decision-making tool to assist field level users to systematically identify operational risks and benefits and determine the best course of action for any given situation.
 

The RAT is designed to minimize risk to reduce the likelihood of incidents/accidents from occurring and detrimentally impacting the mission of IA.”
 

Either an individual or group will complete the form. If it is a group, each member will submit individual ranking scores. For groups, averages will be calculated using individual’s ranking scores. The tool will automatically calculate a Risk Criteria based submitted answers.
