High Risk: RED

• Stop work and contact site/school/justice center Official In Charge (OIC) for approval/instructions to proceed

• Occurs when the average for the entire RAT analysis is below a 2.0/5

 

Moderate Risk: YELLOW

• Stop work and contact supervisor for approval/instructions to proceed

• Occurs when the average for the entire RAT analysis is a 2.01-3.5/5; or

• Occurs if any of the individual questions in the RAT analysis has an average ranking 2/5 or lower, even if the overall average is above 3.51/5

Low Risk: GREEN

• Considered a “Go” to continue the work/task as planned

• Occurs if the average for entire RAT analysis is above a 3.51/5
